Instead of sending films, multilayer packaging, and other challenging plastics to the landfill, Solutions Plastic converts these materials into long-lasting lumber with exceptional strength and stability.
Designed for demanding applications, ReClaim™ boards resist moisture, rot, and warping, making them an ideal choice for synthetic turf installations, outdoor environments, and industrial settings. Because they are made from recycled feedstock and require no virgin plastic, ReClaim™ products support sustainable infrastructure while reducing waste.

We also have manufacture and procure plastic lumber which includes ingrediants to create a high grade texture and color options, we refer to that as our Standard plastic lumber option.
Plastic Lumber Options
ReClaim™
Basic Grade maintains a quality board but is uncolored and therefore is most suited to outdoor applications where some slight variations may occur in surface color and texture e.g., raised garden beds, synthetic turf projects. Basic does not currently have an embossing option.
Standard
Standard Grade material is a high-quality board most applicable where some core imperfections are allowable, i.e., bench and picnic table slats, decking and docks boards. Surface texture and color quality is good.
This board has more uniformity and is a stiffer board than basic. Wood grain embossing available.
